Some of the fun of solo roleplaying is not even the play. It is the setup. It is grabbing a book, getting hit with an idea, building a character, sketching out a world, and feeling that little spark kick on. I do this a lot. More than I probably should. I will get everything lined up just right, get excited about the whole thing, and then when it is time to actually sit down and play, the mood is gone. Just gone. That happens more than I like to admit.
