Youāve stumbled into Fistful of Gold, a place where the geeky stuff shines bright, and the only rule is to embrace the passion. Weāre not talking about gaming hereāno dice, no character sheetsābut everything else in the nerdy universe? Fair game. Whether itās comics, novels, movies, or maybe a dash of micro-fiction when the mood strikes, this section is my place to dive deep into whatever nerdy thing has me hooked at the moment.
Maybe one week Iāll be gushing over a new sci-fi novel that kept me up way too late. You know the kindāthe kind where every chapter ends with a cliffhanger, and youāre staring at the clock, knowing full well sleepās not happening anytime soon. Or maybe Iāll hit you with a comic book reviewābecause who doesnāt love getting lost in epic panels where the art speaks louder than words?
Ever feel like watching a movie and need a guide on whether itās worth your popcorn? Yep, Iāll do that too. From the classics that shaped geek culture to the latest blockbuster that might just become the next big thing, youāll find my take here. Spoiler-free? Sometimes. But if a movieās been out for a decade, all bets are off.
And then thereās the wild cardāmicro-fiction. Short bursts of creativity where I let loose, build worlds, and maybe even leave you hanging with an open ending. Itās all fair game in this section because if thereās one thing I love, itās the freedom to explore any corner of the nerdy universe that calls to me.
So buckle up, because Fistful of Gold is here to cover all things geek, from the stories that shape our imaginations to the ones we never saw coming. Whatever your flavor of fandom is, this is the place to celebrate it.
Now letās dig in and find some treasure. Stay tuned for more!
